If Paying By Money Order, Bank Check, Cashiers Check...
(NO PERSONAL CHECKS)

Too many customers not sending in payment, or bad checks, attempted fraud, have led us to discontinue accepting this form of payment.  Email Us and we may consider your situation on a case by case basis.

Bounced Checks, Disputed charges, and/or other items.  In addition to the face amount of the instrument, there will be no less than a $50 fee added to the amount due. Attorney, and incidental expenses shall also be charged.

If Paying By PayPal

1. Select PayPal during the check out process as your form of payment.

2. Warnings:

1)  To remit payment via PayPal, use the email address of our merchant processor:  "sales@novarose.com".

2) Although we accept PayPal as a form of payment, we do not encourage nor support its use.  It is provided only because customers have asked us for it.  If you are thinking of utilizing PayPal's services rather than your normal credit card, we strongly encourage caution and hesitation due to the fact that we do not believe PayPal provides customers and sellers with adequate protections.  Further details can be read at www.paypalsucks.com.

4) E-Checks have to clear before shipment.  This can be in the neighborhood of 15 days.
