Delivery Guaranty Policy

All orders are guaranteed to arrive at their destination, or your money back.  Or if you prefer, we will reship your item at no charge. Your choice.

 

There are some important and obvious exceptions and conditions to this Policy:

(1) If credible evidence exists to show the package was delivered.  For example, USPS.com shows that an item was delivered, then this policy obviously does not apply.  If the Customer still insists that the delivery did NOT occur, the burden will be up to the Customer to submit evidence of the non-delivery.  See Shipping Policies for more details.

(2) No less then 30 days have passed

(3) The shipper shows a scan of the package, but not yet delivered. In these cases we all must wait for the shipper to complete their delivery, regardless of how many days have passed.

(4) Damages occurred in transit.  The delivery guaranty policy concerns strictly the receipt of an item or items; not  the condition in which an item has arrived. In other words, if item(s) arrives damaged or missing units, this is NOT covered by the delivery guaranty policy, but simply by insurance.  Therefore if the Customer purchased insurance the damaged items are replaced free of charge.  If no insurance is purchased, Company may or may not charge an appropriate amount.
