After a rash of human disappearances, the Terrestrial Defense
Forces (TDF) suspect an alien invasion and dispatch the Ultra Garrison. While

himself Dan Moroboshi. Suddenly, they're attacked by an invisible enemy.
They manage to return to base, where they receive a mysterious communication. It
is from Cool-seijin, who is behind the invisible attacks and disappearances.
Cool-seijin demands the unconditional surrender of TDF, and commences attacking
an industrial area with invisible spaceships. With Dan's advice, they are able
to create a spray device that make the spaceships visible.
Dan summons Capsule Monster Windam to destroy the spaceships. He also secretly
transforms into Ultraseven with his Ultra Eye, infiltrates the mothership, saves
the humans and defeats the alien.
For his meritorious service, Dan is inducted into the Ultra Garrison as their
sixth member.
